Shipping and Delivery
At INKDFIT, we’re committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During high-demand periods (like launches or sales), processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We currently deliver products only within India. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days – ₹ 100 or Free on orders over ₹ 999
International Shipping
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and courier delays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 business days, please reach out to us at getinkd@inkdfit.com.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable shipping partners such as:
- Delhivery
- Bluedart
- DTDC
- India Post
- eKart
5. Delivery Issues
- INKDFIT is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events (e.g. weather, strikes, customs delays).
- If an item is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier first. If unresolved, contact us—we’ll help.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in returned or lost packages. We are not liable for such instances.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you. You may choose to:
- Reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply)
- Request a refund (minus original shipping fees)
7. Shipping During Sales & New Drops
Due to increased order volume during promotions or limited drops, shipping and processing may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and promise it’ll be worth the wait.
