At Inkdfit, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below to understand the conditions and process.
🛍️ Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/email or invoice) is required.
- Items such as innerwear, socks, and personalized products are not returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
🔁 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@inkdfit.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order ID, reason for return, and any relevant photos (in case of damaged or incorrect items).
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
💳 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the return status via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
- In some cases, a small processing fee may be deducted as per payment gateway terms.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations
- Return request made after 7 days of delivery.
- Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition.
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
📦 Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the mentioned address in the email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
